Mathews After School Yoga and Mindfulness (Grades First-Sixth)

The Little Yoga House integrates playful yoga with creative self expression by incorporating storytelling, yogic journeys around the world, and body movement. Yoga pose sequences created in this class develop strength, coordination, focus and body awareness. Fun breathing exercises, coordination, simple balancing poses and relaxation are introduced to give your child important skills that last a lifetime.
Our program will meet once a week for 2 6-week sessions. ($132 per 6-week session)

Session 1: K-2nd graders 9/12-10/17
Session 2: 3rd-5th graders 10/24-12/5

Each will meet Tuesdays at 3:05-4:05
